Hear my cry, O God; attend unto my prayer. Psalm 61:1 (KJV)
Prayer is talking to God. Your prayer should be from your own heart in its most sincerest form. Prayer releases Gods's power so that He is able to work on our behalf. God's blessings are channeled through faithful prayer and it is how God accomplishes the things that he wants to see happen in our lives. Amazingly, it opens new doors of opportunity for God to move.
In most sincerity...
We are earthly beings with a Heavenly Father of Whom is our creator. Because of Adam and Eve’s sin in the Garden of Eden we are born of sin. Jesus Christ came to earth as God in the flesh and die on the cross for our sins making us worthy of a relationship through Him to God, but first we must be born again.
To choose this relationship, you must do four things:
- ADMIT you are a sinner.
- REPENT and be willing to turn from your sin.
- BELIEVE that Jesus Christ died for you on the cross.
- RECEIVE Jesus Christ into your heart.
Pray in this manner:
Lord Jesus, I am a sinner and need Your forgiveness.
I believe that You died in my place and paid the penalty for my sin, and rose again for my salvation.
I now invite You to come into my heart and life as my Lord and Savior.
In Jesus' name, Amen.
You are saved - Jesus said, "I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved" (John 10:9, KJV).
You are a child of God - The Bible says: "But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name"
(John 1:12, KJV).
You have everlasting life - The Bible says: "For God so love the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have
everlasting life" (John 3:16, KJV).
